Booking

The customer needs to pay 50% of the total cost as down payment upon confirmation to secure a booking. The remaining balance needs to be settled upon check-in to Szara HomeStay Residences. We accept local bank direct transfer to our CIMB account or credit card. Please contact us for the payment details.

Check-in : 2pm

Check-out : 12pm

Terms and Conditions

1. Any late check-in after 9:00pm night will not be entertained unless inform earlier. The down payment will then be considered burnt if the guest(s) fails to check-in on time.

2. The guest(s) will be charged for any overstay after the check-out time.

3. Any guest who rents the whole unit needs to pay MYR100 as Security Deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the guest(s) in full amount upon check-out if there's no damage/loss of any property found.

4. The guest(s) is advised to take good care of the property. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any damage or loss of any property of the premise during the period of stay.

5. Szara Homestay Residences does not allow any overload of the house as it will create disturbance to the neighborhood. Please consult us for the number of guest(s) are allowed to stay.

6. Pets are not allowed in the premise.

7. The guest(s) needs to return all keys to the owner during check-out.

8. All booking down payment paid is NOT refundable or transferable in whatsoever circumstances.

9. Szara Homestay Residences reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
