Terms & Conditions

1. Any late check in after 9:00pm night will not be entertained unless inform earlier.
   The downpayment will then be considered burnt if the guest(s) fails to check-in on time.
2. The guest(s) will be charged for any overstay after the check-out time.
3. Any guest who rents the whole unit needs to pay MYR150 as Security Deposit. The deposit will be
   refunded to the guest(s) in full amount upon check-out if there’s no damage/loss of any property found.
4. The guest(s) is advised to take good care of the property. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any
   damage or loss of any property of the premise during the period of stay.
5. Szara Home Stay does not allow any overload of the house as it will create disturbance to the
   neighborhood. Please consult us for the number of guests are allowed to stay.
6. The guest(s) needs to return all keys to the owner during check-out.
7. All booking downpayment paid is NOT refundable or transferable in whatsoever circumstances.
8. Szara Home Stay reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
